IMMIGRATION FEES
At Lonsdale & Mayall Solicitors, we typically charge a fixed fee for immigration matters, which will be agreed upon based on the nature of your instruction. Our fees vary depending on the complexity and specifics of your case.
Fee Structure
Our work is carried out in stages, and fees are charged accordingly. For example, we charge for preparing and submitting your application, and for follow-up communications until a decision is received from the Secretary of State, whether it be a grant or refusal of your application. Should further representation, an appeal, or a subsequent application be necessary, we will discuss and agree on the applicable fees at that time.
Please note that the only charges not covered by our fixed fee arrangement are counsel’s fees or other disbursements. You will be informed of these additional costs at the relevant stage.
Our fixed fee arrangement requires an upfront payment of at least 70% of the agreed fee before we begin work or submit your application to the Home Office. The remaining balance is due within 8 weeks of instructing us or upon receipt of the Secretary of State’s decision, whichever comes first. We reserve the right to pause work on your case if payments are not made as agreed.
